The animation site describes real-time Pokemon battles, drawn by hand in pixel art, with custom moves and trainers that choose for themselves. The YouTube feed’s first published item is 30 September 2026. By 3 November 2026 the channel listed 44 videos. Masters Eight quarterfinals were already up: Leon vs Ash on 1 November, Diantha vs Alain on 2 November.
PB Ranked is the playable side. The terms updated 1 November 2026 name Sondre Norheim and say the game is free, with no ads, purchases, or donations. The public roster has 128 fully evolved Pokemon and 28 trainers. The animation credit on the main site is the channel name. I do not invent a director for the videos.
“Battle grounds,” “battleground,” and the accented “pokémon” spelling are the same search. They are not a second product. Older pages such as togame.io still say it is not a playable game. That sentence is older than the 30 October 2026 trailer and the 1 November terms. The playable question has its own page: is it a real game?
The animation site and the game page both say they are not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or The Pokemon Company. Sprites on the animation site are credited to PMD SpriteCollab under CC BY-NC 4.0. This guide does not re-host those sprites.
